Great customer service

We bought 3 for my kids for christmas. They loved them. 2 have worked great 1 didn't work. I got in contact with their customer service, they ran through some toru ke shooting and when it wasn't able to be fixed they offered to send us a new one to replace it. My kids have lived playing with these. My oldest is so excited to use it for school to pri t out diagrams and charts.

I got this printer for my daughter for Christmas. It works great and it's super easy to set up and use. What has really impressed me, though, is their customer service. We had a question about the order, so I called the customer service line, spoke to a super nice person, and had my issue resolved within hours. So great! I would highly recommend this company and this printer to anyone.

I have so much fun with this little printer!I use only the free stuff on the App and its enough for me, I just need to label things.The sample roll paper has enough to fool around with 😊, but I purchased a full size roll cos I like to play in the beginning to test it out 😊 and I still have some sample paper

This is my second Insatvik product and I love it. Last year I got the Classic model and have loved it. I immediately started looking for another printer. This printer has been on my wishlist for Christmas and I was so excited when I got it! So fun to use and play with!!!
